Once a month i will post a new way to primp and pamper yourself at home, I'm more than a pretty face. Cosmetology is just one of those many hats i wear as a model and business woman. This month my best friend Tabby H. came and blessed me by being my guinea pig for this project.

The Hair
First we wanted to lighten the hair so we used a bleach kit, (I don't recommend using a bleach kit for coarse or damaged hair) I like to section the hair in quadrants to make it easier to cover all parts of the hair. Once the hair lightens to the clients liking shampoo the hair thoroughly, while the hair was moist we applied a deep conditioning mask to the hair to regain the moisture then sit for no less then 20 minutes with a cap to keep the hair mask warm.
While the hair mask processed I put a deep pore cleansing mask on my clients face, not before opening the pores with a lavender sea salt hot towel. I applied to the neck a skin firming mask and let it process for 15 minutes.
I then wiped the masks off with another hot towel, and put a light skin renewal serum. My client then blow dried her hair to her liking.
Once the client finished drying her hair I did a flirty flip to the ends of the hair with a flat iron. I normally start my flip mid way of the hair so i gives more body and life.
The makeup i did was subtle and smoky, great for work to happy hour. After i put the concealer on i dusted her cheek bones, nose bridge, chin and forehead with a shimmer bronzer. I then highlighted the cheek bones with a pretty pink blush, Tabby has a olive skin tone so she deep hues are a "NO". Her eye shadow is a mix of a pink shimmer and lavender undertones. On the lips i did a more bold but still subtle plum. I love the look and had fun creating it!
